About the Service

What is “Limited Release” (限定サービス)?

A.We have various plan of services and functions other than those currently provided for IM Digital, and in the future, we would like to release an official version that implements all of them as soon as it is ready. Therefore, the current IM Digital, its functions are still limited, is called Limited Release.

How do I pay for the service?

A.Please select the program of your choice from Plans on the service page, and proceed to the payment page from the purchase screen of each program. You can use E-Academy Card or other VISA or MasterCard for payment.

What devices are compatible?

A.You can use the service on all devices from smartphones, tablets, and PCs that have access to the Internet.

What browsers are compatible?

A.Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, and Opera are compatible.

What is the refund policy?

-Refund Policy for Consultation
Please note that due to the nature of the consultation service, we cannot accept cancellations after purchase.
Please check the details of your purchase before making a purchase. If you have any questions regarding refunds due to operational errors or other reasons, please contact us through the Help/Contact Us section on the service page (#).

-Online Classes
If you wish to cancel your online class purchase, we will refund in accordance with the following:
● Yen (purchase price ● Yen ÷ number of classes offered) × number of classes not offered (*)
*Online classes that already took place does not count in the number of classes not offered.
*If we receive the refund request by 0:00am on the day before the class start date, we will count the start date as an unattended class.
*Please note that once the cancellation procedure is completed, all of the purchased content, including the content that has already been consumed (class attended), will no longer be available.
Depending on the timing of the refund, it may be transferred to your account. In this case, the bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount as a processing fee.

-Learning Hub Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel Learning Hub purchase, you will receive a full refund only if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that if you have already started consuming the program, we will not be able to cancel it.
*Please note that once the cancellation procedure is completed, you will no longer be able to use any of the purchased content.

What is the relationship between E-Academy Group, Inc. and E-Academy?

A.E-Academy is a former Indian footballer who played in 8 Tests and 5 ODIs between 2001 and 2006 as the national wicketkeeper#

What is the difference between the E-Academy School and the E-Academy?

A.E-Academy is a program where students physically go to the academies in selected areas across india to train football skills with E-Academy and coaches. E-Academy is a program where students can train football skills, learn theories and practice with E-Academy and coaches all online (Learning Hub, Consultation, Online Classes). About Consultation

I have submitted a consultation, but I havent heard from the coach in over a week. What should I do?

A.Please contact us from the Help/Inquiry section on the service page with your name and consultation ID, and we will look into it.

I uploaded the video and submitted my consultation, but I uploaded the wrong video and/or comment. What should I do?

A.Once you have sent a consultation, you cannot modify or delete it directly. Please contact us from the Help/Contact Us section on the service page.

I would like to upload multiple videos for the consultation service. Is this possible?

A.You can surely upload multiple videos for one consultation, as long as they are between 1-15 minutes in total and have a total size of 800Mb.

Are there any restrictions on the type of camera used to shoot the video for upload?

A.No, there are no restrictions. You can use your smart phone or digital camera. When uploading, please import the video to your device and then upload it on the service page. The maximum video length is 15 minutes and the maximum size is 800 Mb.

What formats do the videos need to be in?

A.Both MP4 and MOV video formats are supported.

Will anyone other than my coach and myself know about the content of the video I receive from my coach?

A.No one other than the coach and yourself will know about the content of the video. Only you will be able to view the videos that you receive.

What should I do if I purchase two or more consultations and get an error message when I try to submit multiple requests within a short period of time?

A.An error may occur if you send multiple consultation requests at the same time. Please make sure the first consultation request has been successfully submitted before submitting the next one.

About Online Classes

How do Online Classes work?

A.Each week, the coach will give a lecture on various soccer topics. The topics will be announced prior to the Class date on the service page.

I signed up for an online class, but the lesson has not started and I see a blank screen. What should I do?

A.Please wait on the page until the coach starts the class.

About Learning Hub

How long are the lessons available for?

A.You can watch the videos as many times as you like from the date of purchase for 1 full year.

Will my subscription be automatically renewed after the end of the subscription period?

A.No, it will not be automatically renewed.

Can I watch the purchased contents again after the end of the subscription?

A.No. The service is only available for 1 year from the purchase date.

How long is one lesson?

A.Each lesson is 2-3 minutes long.

What kind of lessons can I watch?

A.We have a variety of contents related to football, such as technique, strategy, physical training, mental management, etc. The videos are lectures by E-Academy himself and more than 10 other professionals and coaches.

Can I watch the lessons in indiaese?

A.Yes, all the videos are available with indiaese subtitles. Click on the CC button at the bottom right of the video player and you will see an option to turn on indiaese subtitles.
